Credential rules reviewed October 10, 2026; service wording updated October 16, 2026. Independent legal review has not been confirmed.

Credential scope

EAIRI offers six private professional credential pathways for practical workplace AI capability. These are company-issued credentials, not a government licence, university degree, accredited academic qualification, regulated professional designation, or guarantee of job performance. A paid purchase does not itself award a credential or imply recognition by an employer, regulator or third-party certification body.

Exam rules

Candidates must complete the certification exam honestly and independently unless a specific accommodation or organization agreement permits assistance. Candidates may not copy, sell, publish, share, or reverse engineer exam questions, answer keys, scoring logic, or secure testing materials.

Passing score and attempts

The published program rules shown before each exam control. Current pathway passing scores range from 80% to 85%, with a default maximum of 3 attempts per program. Do not assume that paying again resets your attempts: automatic resets and annual renewal are not implemented. Contact support before buying access for a retake or renewal. Scoring is server-side; bank updates must preserve the record of earlier attempts. No unimplemented proctoring or enforced 24-hour retake delay is promised.

Issuance and validity

When a candidate passes, EAIRI may issue a certificate with a unique credential ID. Credentials are currently valid for 12 months unless they expire, are revoked, or are replaced by a renewed credential.

Public verification

EAIRI provides public credential verification pages for credential integrity. Public verification is limited to approved certificate fields and should not disclose email addresses, raw answers, raw scores, payment details, or private organization records.

Revocation

EAIRI may suspend or revoke a credential following a review of substantiated fraud, cheating, identity misrepresentation, credential misuse or material issuance error, or where legally required. A refund request or payment dispute alone is not proof of misconduct and does not automatically revoke an honestly earned credential. When lawful and safe, we provide the reason and an opportunity to request review. Revoked or expired credentials must not be represented as active.

Appeals and accommodations

Contact support for an accessibility accommodation before starting an exam, or to raise a suspected scoring error or content issue after an attempt. Provide the pathway, attempt date and a description, not secure questions or answers. A human reviews the relevant records; no pass or extra attempt is promised. Attempt or certificate corrections must be documented without silently rewriting historical question keys. Reasonable accommodation requests are considered individually and are not automatically treated as misconduct.

Badge and LinkedIn use

Credential holders may reference an active credential on resumes, internal profiles, websites, and LinkedIn, provided the claim is accurate and links to the public verification page where practical. Credential holders may not imply employment, endorsement, accreditation, licensure, or regulatory approval by EAIRI.

This certification is a private professional credential issued by Enterprise AI Readiness Institute. It is not a government licence, university degree, regulated professional designation, or accredited academic credential.
