Terms of Use

Commercial wording updated October 16, 2026. Refund policy reviewed October 10, 2026. Independent legal review and a postal service address have not been confirmed.

Use of the platform

EAIRI provides AI readiness assessment, workplace AI training, certification exams, credential verification, and organization reporting. You may use the platform only for lawful business, educational, and professional development purposes and in accordance with these terms.

Accounts and roles

You are responsible for accurate account information and for protecting your login credentials. Organization owners and managers are responsible for inviting the correct users, assigning appropriate roles, reviewing team access, and using dashboard information appropriately.

Training and assessment content

EAIRI content is provided for practical workplace education. It is not legal, financial, medical, employment, security, or compliance advice. Users and organizations remain responsible for their own policies, approvals, professional review, and regulatory obligations.

Responsible AI use

Users must not rely on AI outputs without appropriate human review, especially for high-impact, regulated, confidential, safety-sensitive, or customer-facing decisions. Users must not submit information to AI systems in violation of employer policy, confidentiality duties, privacy obligations, intellectual property rights, or applicable law.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with platform security, attempt unauthorized access, scrape non-public content, reverse engineer certification answers, submit unlawful or harmful content, impersonate others, or use EAIRI to make deceptive claims about skills, credentials, employment eligibility, or organizational readiness.

Seller, territory and purchases

EAIRI is the service brand used by Kevin DeMara, a sole proprietor in Oshawa, Ontario, Canada. Purchases support Canadian and United States billing addresses. All advertised prices are in USD; review the item, currency and final total before paying. The Buyer Agreement states the current tax collection treatment. Your bank may apply conversion or other fees. Stripe processes payments; EAIRI remains responsible for customer support and the service. Using Stripe is not a claim that Stripe is the merchant of record or manages EAIRI's tax obligations.

Purchase scope and renewal

The USD 99 individual purchase (offer eairi-access-2026-10-16) includes 12 months of lessons, module quizzes and certification exam access for one named learner from successful payment. New USD 1,900 Team Access orders (offer eairi-access-2026-10-16-self-service) include 25 named learner seats with one shared 12-month period starting automatically after verified successful payment, without staff approval. Invitations open after activation; pending invitations reserve seats and adding a learner does not restart the period. The package is self-paced, with manager reporting and invitations; no live training, workshops, coaching or consulting is included. Active purchase access is required for lessons, quizzes and exams; the readiness assessment remains free. Paid access supports six pathways under each program's attempt and passing rules. Purchase is not a certificate guarantee and does not reset prior attempts. Progress and issued credentials are retained after training access ends; certificate validity is separately 12 months from issuance, subject to published revocation rules. There is no automatic renewal or lifetime-access promise. Historical purchases retain their recorded seat count, agreement and access period, including separately agreed activation where applicable; the new offer does not retroactively change those rights.

Refunds, complaints and cancellation

Our Refunds and Cancellations policy forms part of these terms. The voluntary individual refund window is 14 days (336 hours) from successful payment before submitting the first certification exam attempt funded by that purchase. Mandatory consumer rights, service-defect remedies and billing-error remedies remain available. Request help through /support; the intended email contact is contact@eairi.org, whose availability is shown on the support page. Support verifies ownership before changing an account or payment; a request is not an automatic approval.

Content licence and third-party tools

EAIRI grants you a personal, non-transferable right to use the purchased learning service. Organizations may use it for their authorized learners under their agreement. Do not redistribute restricted lesson or exam materials, sell access, or impersonate a credential holder. Your own original work remains yours. Third-party AI tools may have separate fees, age requirements, terms and data practices; EAIRI does not include or endorse a vendor subscription merely by teaching about it.

Suspension, review and mandatory rights

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud or serious misuse, and will provide notice and a review route when lawful and safe. Payment or support disagreements alone do not establish cheating. Nothing here excludes non-waivable consumer rights or prevents a lawful complaint to a regulator or court. Material changes to a paid agreement require appropriate notice and any consent required by law; posting a new policy alone is not permission to impose retroactive charges.

Availability and changes

EAIRI may update platform features, training content, exams, scoring, pricing, integrations, and availability. We aim to keep the service reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, specific outcomes, ranking improvements, productivity gains, or business results.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EAIRI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or reliance on AI-generated output. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some terms may not apply.
