Owner-approved commercial policy, reviewed October 10, 2026. This policy does not waive statutory rights or claim independent legal approval.
Self-service team and access-handling wording updated October 16, 2026. The voluntary individual refund window is unchanged.
You may request a full refund within 14 days (336 hours) of your successful payment, provided you have not submitted your first certification exam attempt under that purchase. Reading lessons or completing practice module quizzes does not by itself disqualify you. Submit your request before the deadline even if support replies later. This voluntary policy does not limit rights or remedies provided by applicable law.
Outside the voluntary refund conditions, contact us if there was a billing error, duplicate charge, inability to access what you purchased, a material service defect, or another concern. We review the facts and your applicable rights; we do not guarantee a pass, employment outcome, or refund solely because an exam was failed. An accommodation or appeal request is not itself an exam attempt.
Use the support form with the refund topic or email contact@eairi.org. The support page shows current email availability. Provide your account email, purchase date, order or receipt reference if available, and a brief explanation. Never send card numbers or passwords. We verify the purchase and ownership before approving or issuing a refund. A request acknowledgment is not an approval.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe. Bank and payment-provider processing times vary; support will provide a refund reference and explain any failure or pending status. Refunds include the amount approved and corresponding applicable tax adjustments. Currency conversion by your bank may cause the amount in your local currency to differ. We do not charge a voluntary refund administration fee.
A completed full refund ends the access funded by that purchase, subject to any separate valid entitlement. A full refund pending completion or an open payment dispute temporarily holds that purchase's lessons, quizzes and exam access. After a failed or cancelled refund, or a dispute closed with the payment restored, all remaining refund and dispute statuses are rechecked before access resumes. A partial refund does not by itself remove access. These changes do not erase learning history, exam attempts or an honestly earned certificate. Credential integrity decisions follow the certification terms and are reviewed separately. Contact support to request review.
New purchases require a Canadian or United States billing address. Stripe first authorizes payment; EAIRI checks the address before capturing funds. An ineligible authorization is cancelled without capture, though your bank may show a temporary hold until release. Billing-address checks are not citizenship, tax treatment or independent proof of residence.
New Team Access purchases are self-paced digital learning, not live training or consulting. Before payment, the accepted agreement states the learner count, shared access period and refund terms. New self-service team orders activate automatically after verified successful payment, ending the pre-activation cancellation window at that point. An unpaid order can be cancelled in Account & Billing. After activation, contact support for cancellation, access defects or billing concerns under the accepted agreement and mandatory rights. No live-session charge, non-refundable deposit or cancellation penalty is assumed. Earlier orders retain their recorded terms, including agreed activation and pre-activation refund rights.
Current individual and Team Access purchases are one-time payments, not recurring subscriptions. A credential's 12-month validity does not authorize automatic renewal or another charge. Any future renewal or subscription requires separately disclosed terms and authorization.
