This is a suggested manager-led schedule, not a live service supplied by EAIRI. New self-service Team Access purchases provide up to 25 named learner seats and one shared 12-month period starting automatically after verified successful payment. Learners move through self-paced lessons, practice quizzes and certification preparation. Buying access does not guarantee a certificate. Historical purchases retain their recorded activation arrangements.
Days 1-5: establish the baseline
Confirm activation before inviting learners. A reporting-only owner does not consume a learning seat unless that seat is enabled. Invite people at their own email addresses; outstanding invitations reserve seats. Explain who can view team progress and what information the organization will use.
Ask learners to take the readiness assessment and identify one work task they want to improve. Do not treat a diagnostic score as a complete measure of job performance. Record the task, current review process and acceptable inputs rather than ranking people publicly.
Days 6-15: learn and practise
Give employees protected learning time that fits their actual workload. Assign relevant foundations and a role-specific path rather than insisting that everyone complete the same specialist material. Practise with synthetic or approved data, using the prompt brief and verification checklist.
For a synthetic operations task, a learner might create a meeting-summary template that distinguishes decisions, action owners and missing information. Ask for the original source notes, the draft and a corrected final version. Completion should show what the learner checked, not merely a polished output.
Days 16-25: test a bounded workflow
Let each learner apply one technique within existing permissions. Record total handling time, errors and review effort. Stop tasks involving restricted inputs or actions that have not been approved. Use the pilot worksheet to distinguish observed improvement from hoped-for savings.
Days 26-30: review evidence and choose next steps
Review module progress and practice evidence. Learners who are ready can choose an appropriate certification pathway; issued credentials have a separate validity period from training access. Do not promise a new full year to someone invited late in the shared access period.
Close the month with a short written review: what changed, which checks caught errors, what remains difficult and who owns the next experiment. Use that evidence to plan the next month, not a requirement to automate every task.
